Not sure if this is the 'gadget' for us... but found a potential way to file share (i.e. recipes, etc).  There's lots of gadgets, and everyone is an author, so feel free to add in stuff you want to see here...

So fingers crossed everyone!  We showed the house on Saturday (huge PITA, but...) and the people REALLY liked it!  We think they may be putting in an offer soon!  Yay!
